ANTI-INFLAMMATORY HOT CHOCOLATE

Prep – 5 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1tsp maca root powder
  • 1/2tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4tsp nutmeg

Optional:

  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/4tsp ground ginger
  • pinch cardamom 

Pick the spices you would like to flavour your drink.

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients in a NutriBullet or blend cup. Blitz till well mixed.

2. Pour mix into a saucepan over a med-low heat. Stirring while it warms.

3. Serve, enjoy.
