Broccoli salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Large head of Broccoli, stem and all (peel the stem) and chop.
  • 1/2 cup sultanas (optional)
  • 6 rashes of bacon, diced and cooked. (optional)
  • 10 g slivered almonds.

DRESSING

  • 1/2 Cup Light Mayo  
  • 1 Tbs Natvia
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • Mix all together.

METHOD
Place Broccoli, sultanas, almonds & bacon in a bowl, and add dressing just proir to serving.

Makes 9 50G servings
