Leg Day Workout

Hey Guys, this vlog is my current leg workout in my ‘improvement season’ (off season) I really hope you like it I know I absolutely love it!
I also want to let you know that in my deadlifts I don’t usually use hooks to help me but I had strained a tendon in my left middle knuckle and didn’t actually have any real good grip in that finger o the day I recorded this so I used the hooks a. for safety & b. so I didn’t hurt my tendon any further!
