Low Fat Mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS

  • 1tsp Mustard Powder

  • 1/2tsp Pink Salt

  • 1x 395g can of Condensed Milk

  • 1/2cup White vinegar

METHOD

You can combine you mayo either in blender, mix master or by hand with a whisk, it’s just to combine.

Add everything into your bowl and mix till combined.

Store in the fridge for a week or use immediately.

Reality note: low fat = sugar, low sugar/low carb = high fat

This is how they make the 2 taste good, if you don’t want to have the condensed milk use regular mayo, FYI the low fat mayo at the supermarket has sugar in it too.
