So I’ve finally had a chance to put this up for you all to be able to share!

When you saw this pop up on my Instagram it was being eaten as breakfast…how can I have mousse for breakfast its a dessert? because it doesn’t have anything nasty in it! Paleo Mousse is full of healthy fats and protein which is perfect for starting your day the right way. So if your using my ebook you can actually use this as a breakfast or you can divide across your Chia Pudding, its amazing.

So enough chatter, go make the best mousse you’ve ever had with the below recipe!

Serves: 1

Time: 15 minutes



1 egg white

100ml coconut cream

1 scoop protein powder

1tbsp cacao powder

1tsp stevia

Pinch pink salt


Beat egg white till stiff. In another bowl mix together your coconut cream (you only want the thick bit), protein powder, cacao powder, stevia, salt.

Once your coconut/chocolate mix is well combined fold into your egg whites till well combined. Don?t mix to hard and fast or you will flatten your egg whites.

Place in the fridge for 5minutes or more. Serve with your favoured fruit for a yummy dessert or breakfast!
