But if you are a chocolate lover and you are on your Paleo or sugar free, dairy free, grain free journey then you don’t have to give up one of your favourite foods, you just have to find the right way to have it.
This tart is Paleo, Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegan, Refined Sugar free, Egg free and I’m pretty sure its even Raw! But it is still one of the most amazing things I have ever tasted in my life and not only that it is so easy to make. Its so amazing that it will be the dessert I serve the next time I have my friends over for dinner. *wink, wink*
The cacao in this recipe will give you a great hit of antioxidants & magnesium, magnesium?is essential for energy production and critical to heart function and its also believed protect against high blood pressure and heart disease. And the figs are low in calories but high in fibre and antioxidants. So all round this dessert is great! (please remember?desserts are a treat, you eat this daily and its no longer healthy or a treat!)
