Last week I decided to try to create a tasty, sweet little treat and was pleasantly surprised when I bit into my creation and it tasted just like a rum-ball! OMG yum! I’ve remade them today to make sure the recipe is just right and to get a good pic! Well as good a picture you can get with the days light and your husband not understanding moving he’s knees to the side didn’t actually get him out of the shot…

So here they are for you to have a go!



1 cup natural almond meal

1 cup medjool dates, pitted

1/2 cup shredded coconut

2tbsp coconut oil

Raw cacao & desiccated coconut



Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until begin to combine. Scoop out using a tablespoon and squeeze/roll into a ball, roll into either cacao or coconut. Allow the cacao to begin to absorb and roll again. Ready!
