Questionnaire & Assessment - Training

  • Each week you will be required to check-in, you will send in your physical assessment & progress photos before 12pm. I will go over your weekly results, MFP diary and provide feedback & changes. Below are the options for you to choose from.
  • This is so I send the correct format for you to use.

  • Girths

  • In line with nipple line when are by your side, relaxed.
  • Nipple Line
  • At base of bra
  • Narrowest point of torso
  • Belly Button
  • Around thickest part of bottom, about half way point of pubic bone.
  • At end of finger tip when arm flat against side.
  • Full length of front, in underwear on bikini
  • Full length back, in underwear on bikini
  • Full length of side, in underwear on bikini
